Scope

This has been a long-running engagement around a business intelligence platform used for management information and customer-facing analytics. The work started with evaluation and improvement of an existing warehouse, then continued into architecture, development, production operation, and ongoing maintenance.

What I did

I was responsible for the data warehouse in TimeXtender, including source analysis, business logic migration, data modelling, data preparation, and making the data reliable enough for Qlik-based analysis.

I also worked on the data foundation for a customer portal built around Qlik Application Platform and Exasol datasets. That included preparing data for authenticated external access and configuring the analytics layer so customer-facing views could be served through web and mobile surfaces.

From 2022 onward, a large part of the work moved toward cloud migration: Qlik Sense to Qlik Cloud, and TimeXtender Classic to TimeXtender SaaS / Data Integration. That work involved hybrid and multi-cloud architecture rather than a simple lift-and-shift.
